Bhagwan D. Goel - Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board

B.D. Goel is a seasoned operating executive with decades of experience in leading business and technology teams, both for start-ups and large corporations. Most recently B.D. served as Chief Operating Officer of PartyGaming Plc (LSE:PRTY) in Gibraltar. Prior to PartyGaming, B.D. served as VP Solutions of Aztec Software, a publicly traded company in India. At Aztec, B.D. was responsible for Aztec's strategic market development and helped grow the company 6 fold in 2 years.

Previous roles included Executive Vice President of Products and Services at Neoforma, a health care supply chain company, where he was part of the team which led its highly successful IPO on NASDAQ. He also served as Vice President of Development and Operations at e2open, a supply chain services consortium founded by IBM, Hitachi, Matsushita, LG Electronics, Seagate, Solectron and Acer to head its product development and operations.

Earlier in his career, B.D. worked at several consumer Internet companies, serving as Vice President of Products and Services at Internet Shopping Network and Senior Vice President and G.M. at InfoSeek/GO Network, responsible for the P&L of the eCommerce business until the acquisition by the Walt Disney Company. He also worked at Worldview System (the co-creator of Travelocity with Sabre) in San Francisco, where he led the product team.

B.D. received his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He also holds a master degree in Electrical Engineering. B.D. is actively engaged in promoting hi-tech entrepreneurship in India.

Gary Palmer, President, Wave Crest Holding Limited and Wave Crest Payment Services of the Americas Inc.

For more than a decade, Gary has been leading payment innovations, most notably related to network branded prepaid cards. He co-founded WildCard Systems in 1997 and the company became the global leader of specialized technology and services for Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express prepaid cards supporting issuers and program managers in nearly 20 countries around the world. Gary served as Chief Operating Officer and a director until the company was acquired by eFunds in July 2005 for $262 million.

At eFunds, Gary served as Executive Vice President of Global Strategic Business Development, reporting to the Chairman/CEO, and was on the executive team that sold eFunds to Fidelity National Information Systems (NYSE: FIS) in September 2007 for $1.8 billion. eFunds market cap was $900 million at the time eFunds acquired WildCard Systems about 2-years prior.

After eFunds was acquired by FIS, Gary served as Executive Vice President of the company's prepaid business, the government solutions/EBT (electronic benefits transfer) business as well as the ACH (automated clearing house) business until April 2008 and then continued as a part-time advisor until December 2009.

Gary's a founding director, past-Chairman and current Vice-Chairman of the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association, he's a director at The Center for Financial Services Innovation and serves on the advisory board of Commercial Payments International.

Previously, Gary was a director at the Electronic Funds Transfer Association, a leading trade association that promotes the use of electronic payments working with issuers, acquirers, technology companies and other constituents and was General Manager of WildCard Systems Latin America, a JV between WildCard Systems and Visa International formed to provide electronic payment solutions to banks in Latin America.

Gary earned his BS in Marketing from the University of South Florida.

Tina Lin, Non-Executive Director

Tina brings over 17 years of marketing, operational and business experience. Most recently, Tina served as Director, Conversion Marketing at PartyGaming Plc, where she was responsible for converting the visitors to paying customers. Previously, Tina was at Intuit (NasdaqGS: INTU) for 4 years where she led day-to-day business and marketing for the QuickBooks (small business accounting software) for Apple's Mac product line.

Tina started her career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) and CS First Boston (NYSE: CS). Starting in 1995, Tina worked as a founding member and senior executive in two advertising-related Internet companies. Tina then co-founded Topica Inc, an email marketing company, and served as Vice President of Marketing. She also worked as a strategic marketing consultant, with clients such as eHarmony and eBay. Tina has an MBA from Stanford University and BS/BA from the Wharton School/University of Pennsylvania.

Brian McLoughlin, Non-Executive Director

Brian McLoughlin has been a partner at GRP Partners since joining in 2002. Brian invests in software and services across the firm's core sectors, including financial, internet, mobile and healthcare. Prior to joining GRP, he worked at HomeSpace, Inc. and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. In addition to Wave Crest, Brian currently sits on the boards of Emida Technologies, mFoundry, Mobiclip and mPay Gateway. Brian graduated from Rutgers College with a BA, and the Wharton School of Business with an MBA.
